Remember When...?

Okey doke, final plan is to wait until all of us can go. There are several who cannot make it for various reasons, so we will try again soon. We'll look for a movie we can all see with the kids and go from there. Watch for future plans!

So then, the adjusted plan is that we will meet at the Jack in the Box at Leisure Town and I-80. Meeting at 6:45 will give us plenty of time. Susie will take the kids to see either Barnyard or Zoom which are both kids movies. Make sure kids all have chairs to sit in. Snacks are a great idea as well. We will set up cars in strategic places and since the place is not that big, we can start out at Talledega, and then Susie will take the kids over when their movie starts. Should be a fun evening...We will miss you, Crocketts!

I just got word that my dad fell and broke his hip. We will be heading to Oregon tomorrow. Please go on without us, but make different "hook-up" arrangements...thanks

Anyone interested in a flashback evening in Sacramento tomorrow (Saturday) night?

Here's the scoop...there is a six-screen drive-in in Sacramento and a few of us are heading out from the Crockett's house at about 6:45 Saturday night. One group will be going to see Talladega Nights, and one group will be going to see Barnyard (I am volunteering to take underagers to the kid flick). Once we get the cars situated in the right place, we'll hook up at the Talladega nights screen and hang out until the movies start and then I'll take the kiddies back to the other movie.

Yes, I think popcorn/candy/food, drinks, lawn chairs, coolers, blankets, pillows, and whatever other comfort items you'd like are a fantastic idea :-)
